Pinnacle Associates is an Ohio-based commercial real estate firm that provides valuation and consulting services to a wide range of clients including: institutional investors, financial institutions, governmental entities, law firms, and individual investors. We have extensive experience relative to major property types {industrial, land, multifamily, office, and retail}, as well as a myriad of special-use facilities. Steven R. Reynolds founded Pinnacle Associates in 1994. Previously Mr. Reynolds had been affiliated with a national/regional appraisal and consulting firm since 1987, where he had most recently served as a Director of Appraisal Services. In 1993, Steve received his MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute, and is a Certified General Appraiser in Ohio (# 379754). He received the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation from the CCIM Institute in 2003. Mr. Reynolds holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Dual Major: Real Estate & Urban Analysis and Finance) from The Ohio State University. He has completed numerous courses, seminars, and other programs offered by organizations such as the Appraisal Institute, the Urban Land Institute, Argus Financial Software, National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries (NCREIF), and the CCIM Institute.
